Pumpkin Apple Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • apples, chopped
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Peel and chop your apples. Set aside.
  3. Mix together the oats, pumpkin, milk, egg, baking powder, and honey in a small bowl.
  4. Stir in apples and cinnamon.
  5. Grease a small pan; pour in the oatmeal mixture.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until no longer moist in the middle.
  7. Let cool before serving with milk and brown sugar. Enjoy!
