hello, my lovely friends! while I was home on Christmas break, I spent some time going through my saved recipes on Instagram and Pinterest, actually writing them down and trying a few XD this blueberry crumble from Domenique is so delicious, especially after a long, cold run in the snow. the cinnamon adds a nice cozy taste too. this is definitely going to go in my breakfast recipe rotation!

Ingredients
Method
- In a microwave safe bowl add the blueberries and squash them with a fork. Then add the cornstarch and mix well. Microwave for 1 minute.
- In a second bowl mix the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt and water (make sure the water is added last) Mix until it forms a crumbly texture. The oats should look wet but you don’t want any excess fluid. You can add more water if you need it.
- Pour the oats mixture on top of the blueberries and microwave for 1 minute. Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
